By booking an event, using our website, or participating in Chicago Bar Crawl services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Chicago Bar Crawl LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website chicagobarcrawl.com and provides bar crawl events in Chicago, Illinois. These terms apply to all users of our services.

2. Age and Eligibility Requirements

Age Verification

• All participants must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at each venue
• International visitors must present a passport
• No exceptions will be made for underage participants

Capacity to Contract

By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.

3. Event Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment and receipt of confirmation email
• Event details may be subject to change due to venue availability
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient bookings or safety concerns
• Group size minimums may apply for certain events

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods
• All s are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, if you have already booked an event, the price you paid will not change.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• 48+ hours before event: Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Chicago Bar Crawl Cancellations

• We may cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings
• Full refunds will be provided for Chicago Bar Crawl-initiated cancellations
• Alternative dates or experiences may be offered instead of refunds
• We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other associated costs

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.

5. Event Participation Rules

Conduct Requirements

• Participants must follow all venue rules and local laws
• Respectful behavior toward guides, venue staff, and other participants is required
• Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal
• No refunds for participants removed due to misconduct

Responsible Drinking

• Participants are responsible for monitoring their alcohol consumption
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• Participants who appear overly intoxicated may be removed from the event
• Transportation assistance will be provided for safety when necessary

Safety Guidelines

• Stay with the group and follow guide instructions
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
• Inform guides of any medical conditions or concerns
• Use designated rideshare pickup locations

6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Assumption of Risk

By participating in Chicago Bar Crawl events, you acknowledge and assume risks including but not limited to:

• Risks associated with alcohol consumption
• Walking in urban environments and weather conditions
• Interactions with other participants and venue patrons
• Venue-related risks (slippery floors, stairs, crowded spaces)

Limitation of Liability

Chicago Bar Crawl LLC, its employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our events, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or financial loss.

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claims related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for your event ticket.

7. Intellectual Property

Chicago Bar Crawl Content

All content on our website and materials, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by Chicago Bar Crawl LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User-Generated Content

By sharing photos, reviews, or other content related to Chicago Bar Crawl events, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Photography and Video

Chicago Bar Crawl events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Modifications to Terms
